When are the houses available?

Our advertised student houses are available from July 2027 for the 2027/28 academic year. Check the individual listing and contact us to confirm availability.

 

Are bills included?

The advertised rents exclude bills. Optional bills packages are available on request. Contact us for prices and details of what is included.

 

What does “per person per week” mean?

The rent shown is the weekly amount for each tenant, rather than the total rent for the whole house.

 

Which areas do you cover?

We offer student homes in Jesmond, Sandyford and Spital Tongues, with properties for groups of 2–6.

 

How do I arrange a viewing?

Who manages the houses?

We’re a family-run private landlord, letting student homes in Newcastle since 2004. You deal directly with us.

 

What about deposits, guarantors and tenancy terms?

Contact us for the requirements for your chosen house. We’ll explain the terms before you decide to proceed.
